After a walkthrough you get a written proposal that itemizes the scope, so you can see where the money goes.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A straightforward cabinet-and-counter refresh moves faster than a full gut with layout changes. Custom and special-order cabinets and stone often set the pace. We give you a schedule with the proposal and update it if anything changes.
Can we stay in the house during the remodel?
Most homeowners do. We plan a temporary kitchen setup, protect floors and neighboring rooms, and clean up at the end of each day.
Do you handle permits?
Permit requirements depend on the scope of work and the city or building department. We talk through what your project is likely to need during the walkthrough, and the written proposal notes who is responsible for permits.
Can you work with my designer or my own cabinets and countertops?
Yes. We are happy to build from your designer's plans or install materials you have chosen. We can also help you source them.
